Omnacortil 40 Mg

19 year old male, with Hepatitis A and resultant acute itching for almost 10 days, now put on Omnacortil 40mg.....want some advice

i am suffer tuberculosis last 1 month.and left side of lung cavity fill in some fluid approx 500 to 700 ml .doctor 1st time to give omnacorti-10mg but no down fluid.so he increase the dose of omnacortil-40 mg.is this treatmen true?to give right suggestion of my diseases plz
