Ohio Young Female Broke Back, Anxiety, Depression, Adhd.

I am a young female in the Cincinnati Ohio trip state area. I just recently got insured by my employer, but on a high deductible health plan and my expenses are limited, I'd like to keep expenses to a minimum for a primary care doctor and not tons of therapy and psychiatry. The car wreck has already cost over 2000. I suffer from depression and generalized anxiety and possible ADHD. (Dropped from dads insurance at 24 due to age... Doctor referred me to psychiatrist becore i was dropped and could not afford to go after I was). I recently was in a car accident and fractured my spine. I need to find a new primary care doctor ( i went to the same physician for over 14 years) and finally have my mental disorders treated after years of suffering, along with treatment for my painful back injury. I have recent prescriptions for ativan and hydrocodone. I'm afraid because of my age and disorders they will think I am a drug seeker. What can I do to avoid this label yet also receive the treatment and medication I need to not suffer and want to/be able to get out of bed in the morning? Any tips or information on what to do or expect at my first appointment addressing my concerns would be appreciated. Or any referrals for doctors in the Ohio Kentucky Indiana Cincinnati trip state area. Thank you all!

I take college students to live in my house, and some have had similar problems. I never make profits, just charge extra cost. Now it is older women who call me the most, and one I got out of the homeless shelter when she reached the limit and would have to be on the street without help. I send this for you to identify I really care, not sell. I was expected dead four times; the third time was a seven-week coma from a cracked skull.
