I have a pill here that is pinkish and is stamped with a black label that looks like a backwards G 500 on one side. No other marks. What is it? My friend said she takes them to go to sleep.

Hi Khrystyna,
Unfortunately I haven't come across a pill with that exact imprint. The closest match I can find is Ranexa (500 mg) which is used in the treatment of Angina. It belongs to the drug class "antianginal agents".
Common side effects can include:
Dizziness, headache, constipation, and nausea.
It is a light orange oval pill (appears light pink) with the imprint GSI500 on one side and nothing on the back.
