Well, it can be ruled out as being a prescription tablet, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. So yes, it is most likely some type of over the counter product.
Unfortunately, that really doesn't tell me the size, since my monitor may be different than yours, so things like text and symbols may appear smaller or larger to me.
As to the pill, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
