I found a blue oblong tablet with the number 133 on one side and the letter v on the other side. what is it?

From what you're describing it sounds like the Advance Pharmaceutical logo on one side, which is actually a small p in side a larger A (which does look like a V). You can see an image here. This is generic for Tylenol PM, and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Diphenhydramine 25 mg (pain reliever + sleep aid). Do you have any other questions or information to add?
