Based on my investigation, an oblong blue pill marked "NT" is "rumored to be" Tylenol cold and sinus nighttime, containing Acetaminophen, Diphenhydramine and Pseudoephedrine.

"NT" is commonly used to depict nighttime versions of various over the counter medications.

NOTE: McNeil Consumer Healthcare also manufacturers a related blue & white capsule with the following imprint [TYLENOL FLU NT], containing Acetaminophen 500mg, Diphenhydramine 25mg and Pseudoephedrine 30mg. - NDC: 00045-0174.

Does anyone else have thoughts or information to add?
