for what purpose using this tablet nuroking g iam 25yrs old my knee is very pain past 2yrs so pleas advice me

My father about 75yrs having burning sensation in feet. He have been gone through Diabetes, Kidney, B12, Calcium blood tests but everything’s reported normal.
Can you please suggest that “Nurokind G “can help him in reducing/recovering feet burning sensation for my father.

Nurokind G contains Methylcobalamin, which is a form of Vitamin B12, and Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant thats also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain.

Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, mood swings and weight changes.
