i m taking nuroday medicine for one month course, but i m not sure what is the main treatment of this medicine & does it have any side effect? i m 33 years old male. i m married having two child.

Nuroday contains the active ingredient Methylcobalamin, which is a form of Vitamin B12, it is often given to treat or prevent conditions that can be associated with, or aggravated by a lack of this vital nutrient.

Since is it a supplement and not an actual medication, it has not been tested for possible side effects, as is done for prescription medications, however, some people do report some nausea, after taking it.
