Hi I Am 30 year old and Suffering from Ankolysing Spondilytis since last 6 years.I only get some relief if i exercise on regular basis but most of the time i' m unable to do the same..during change of season my pain is soo much that i couldnt even walk or sleep at night.The pain shifts from my lower back to legs n then to upper shoulder frequently and since last 4-5 years i've taken few pain relief medicine after doctor's prescription like diclogesic and nocoxia Mr along with other medicines like Salazar etc but now i'm fedup of taking medicines as it does have side effects too...please suggest the remedy other than usual back excercises.

However, what other remedies are you expecting other than medications or exercises?

What type of doctor are you seeing? Have you tried any physical rehab?

Hi.. I found Infleximab/Remicate is very effective and works well.. If your unsurance covers it then it would be best option...

Hey!! I want to know from you that shall i take nucoxia on regular basis...will it releiv pain only when i'll take it or does its effect last for some days?as i am a new patient i am going to visit a homeopath doctor who has cured my friend 80% suffering from same.if i feel any comfort from there i'll inform you

Hey there. I am another sufferer from ankylosing spondilitis. It's hell, but why haven't u tried dmards, like hcqs. It will at least put the disease into remission. Nucoxia or other nsaid's just put away the pain. Please visit a rheumatologist. And maintain an active lifestyle, with no smoking and drinking. Take care. Go to a doctor. Do not self medicate or depend on pain relievers.
