This is a chewable Calcium Carbonate tablet, which is a generic for Tums, it is most commonly used to treat heartburn, GERD, gastritis, and ulcers.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and flatulence. NDC code: 47682-0007

It is available over the counter.
