Norethin Ace 5mg

What exactly is Norethin Ace 5mg? When I try researching it all I can find is Norethindrone Acetole and Regastrone. I have several allergies to medications and I really need to know as much information on the correct medication (Norethin Ace 5mg). Side effects & drug interactions due to the fact that I am on many different medications and also have severe anxiety until I am fully educated on this new medication and before I will even start taking it.
