Nexito Plus Tablet And Clonotril Is Any Side Effect From Our Body

im using nexito plus 0.5mg and clonotril 0.5mg daily one tablet at bed time since 4 years .this tablet have any side effect in future..these 4 year i have no side effect from this medicine.in future i continue the same medicine any side effects to my body ..sir please give a good answer

Nexito contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, this is an antidepressant.
