From what I can find, Neurorubine is just a B complex with C vitamin supplement, thus it hasn't been tested for adverse reactions as is done with actual prescriptions drugs.

However, high potency supplements have been known to cause nausea in some people that take them, so adding alcohol to the mix may make that even worse.
