Neurobion With Vitamin B1, B6, B12, Neurovit Plus Lc-vit Ob

My vet recommended neurovit, neurobion and lc- vit OB for my pomeranian small breed which caused her not to be able to stand nor walk, and eventually died... I'm wondering if my vet had prescribed the wrong medicine since we were asked to give these three medicines all at the same time.
