Both are nothing more than vitamin B supplements. B vitamins are known to help support nerve health and function, but there's no guarantee that they will help with your problem. They can also cause some nausea, due to their potency, as reported by the FDA and may cause administration site reactions.
They are also not available in the U.S.
What has your doctor advised?
