Neurobion is a vitamin supplement that is intended to help people who are low in the vital nutrients vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

That said, no they are not proven to help with anything else.

We also do not sell nor manufacture any products of any type, so I do not know where could purchase this in Mexico.
