It is just a nutritional supplement. It may help some, since B vitamins can help support nerve function.

However, it isn't going to alleviate your pain and even if it does help, it will take quite some to work, as is true of all natural substances.

yes, doctor suggested to take this tablets for two weeks and when i take it relieve knee pain and numbness too goes off while on this tablets. Please let me know whether i can continue for some time or it may cause some side effects?
