If this white pill is round, then I located a match. The imprint is "R" on one side and "M" on the other. There is no score line, just the two markings and the pill is fairly small.
The pill is identified as Risperidone 0.25 mg, manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. For further verification the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 00378-3502
Respiridone is used for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and behavior problems in people with autism. In autism however it does not improve language ability or social skills.
