Need Help With Oxy Withdrawal

I am a 35 year old woman with 3 children and a husband. None of which know I have been addicted to Oxycodone for the past 3 years. I'm within the 20hr mark of quitting, feeling absolutely horrible. Any tips?

Can you sit down and talk to your husband.. "SAFELY". IF NOT CALL A FACILITY LISTED IN THE PHONE BOOK AND ASK THEM FOR SOMEONE TO TALK TO THAT COULD BE A LINE OF SUPPORT.. THIS SHOULD BE A FEMALE. REACH OUT AÑD ASK FOR HELP. YOU CAN DO IT..I'M ALMOST 13 YEARS CLEAN OFF METHAMPHETAMINE AS OF AUGUST 2ND. PRAY, PRAY AND WHEN YOU CANT PRAY THEN DIG DEEPER AND PRAY. YOU CAN HOLD ON. How much Oxycodone have you been taking?

A slow taper is usually the best option for stopping, since it can prevent the worst of the withdrawal effects. Suddenly stopping an opiate, such as Oxycodone, can create the risk of seizures, rebound pain, headaches, nausea, and anxiety.
