Need Doctor In Dallas For Pain Meds

desperately seeking doc who will rx pain medication in dallas tx. severe pain in lft knee and leg, so bad i can hardly walk at times. i limp so much it causes referred pain to my back and hips. cant walk for extended periods of time it hurts so bad, it even wakes me up when i change positions in my sleep. help!!!

Hello, Karen! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.

Due to the new regulations and requests made by the DEA, in order to have pain medications prescribed, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. A general practice physician won't be able to prescribe them for you.

Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
