Hi barbara,
From what I could gather, Nabumetone is classified as a prescription-only medication here in the US.
And not to sway off-topic but I saw a study by NIH.gov comparing the effects of other OTC nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, etc) relative to the effects of Nabumetone on conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Interestingly enough the other over-the-counter NSAID's displayed similar efficacy in treating osteoarthritis, but Nabumetone was superior to them all when it came to rheumatoid arthritis.

I only mention this because depending on what you intend on using Nabumetone for, there may be (easier to obtain) over-the-counter options that work just as well for a condition like osteoarthritis.
