Myrin P Forte-gout/rheumatism Side Effect

is rheumatism/gout a side effect of myrin p forte? My mother had swelling in her knees and hands after taking the medicine for two weeks.

Has a doctor diagnosed her condition as gout?

This medication contains Ethambutol, Rifampicin and Pyrazinamide, it is used to treat Tuberculosis.

They don't cause gout themselves, however if someone already has an active case of it, they will make it worse. So, if that's what it is, it's likely that she already had it and the medication aggravated the condition.
