Hello, Vonni! How are you? You don't take any medications to control your diabetes or high blood pressure?

If your blood pressure is not under control, then it may not be safe for you take Myprodol. It is listed as containing Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen and Codeine, the Ibuprofen in it can cause blood pressure elevations and fluid retention, which can be dangerous for some blood pressure and cardiac patients.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
