Myprodol And Coxflam

Can I take myprodol with coxflam at the same time? I have RA and for the first time in a few years my wrist is swollen and very painful. I do not want an inj.

No, Myprodol contains Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Codeine, while Coxflam contains Meloxicam, this both it and hte Ibuprofen are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories that are used to treat the same conditions, and it isn't safe to double up on them, due to the risk of liver damage, liver failure, stomach damage, and stomach ulceration, according to NIH reports. It would be best to stick with one, or the other.
