Is the marking possibly 93 757? That is Piroxicam 20mgs, but it is not manufactured by Mylan. There are four different manufacturers:

Ivax
Major
Promeco USA
and Teva.

It is a generic for Feldene and is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
