The marking on this tablet is actually MYLAN 477 and yes, it does contain 10mgs of Diazepam, which is the active ingredient in Valium.

It is a Benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders, thus it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability.
