Is the marking possibly MYLAN 199?

If so, Mylan lists it as containing 0.3mgs if Clonidine, which is used to treat various conditions, such as high blood pressure, anxiety, and ADHD.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia.
