My Itching Is Bad

Hi,I have be prescribed hydroco/acetamin and I have itching all over and the places that I have been itching there is small dark spot. I was wondering what causes it and what does that really mean. I also have less of a appetite. I even itch on my throat. Should I be concerned. I tried looking up what it all means but alls I get is..its severe. Please tell what that means by severe.
