Have been taking NIFEDIPINE ER 60 MG for years and my pharmacy is now supplying a pill NIFEDIPINE ER 60 MG which is a mustard yellowpill round much smaller and with markings of B on one side and 60 on other. Are these tablets identical as have been able to find any info and could be coincidence but my breathing has become much worse

Yes, that is the correct medication, this tablet also contains 60mgs of Nifedipine in a time released formulation. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and headache.
When was the last time your blood pressure was checked? If you're having trouble breathing, you need to have it checked out, because that may be a sign of congestive heart failure.
