Muscle Pain From Hctz

I am taking this medicine for almost 4 years. It's been over a year with the pain. Every time I get a Pedicure it is really painful when they massage afterwards. First I did not think a lot of it but it got so painful, even my arm muscle hurt when you touch.

The FDA lists Hydrochlorothiazide as a diuretic and muscle aches are among it's possible side effects, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration.

And therein lies another possible issue, if it's causing you to be slightly dehydrated, that could also cause these types of symptoms.

Is your urine light yellow/almost clear or very dark? How much liquid do you take in each day?
