Mosegor Tablet

i have been taking mesogor for almost a month. at the begining it was working really well. i gained around 3 kg but now i feel no effect. my apetitte is no longer as it used to be. i used to take 0.5 mg per day then increased it to 1. should i increase the dosage. iam 157cm tall and i weigh 43 kg.
