Can i b prophen be used with morphine for inflamation?

I have to take this drug and MS COTIN 60mgs daily the Quick release 15mgs I do 5 times divided up as I wish. I will never get well, so will my body need higher dosages as time goes on? I have been on this plus Valium for spasms 30mgs daily or as needed. I read that it is not suppose to be a long term drug treatment, however it is the only drug that resolves the crippling spastic feet & hands. What are the long term effects of this drug as well?

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used as a pain reliever, fever reducer and to help with inflammation.

They can be safely used together, my doctor used to prescribe both, because the Morphine failed to touch my headaches, however, it does depend on your other medical conditions and any other medications you may be taking.
