Can this be used under eyes on very red dry and a bit itchy skin
This is a corticosteroid that is used to treat topical skin conditions, such as allergic rashes, and hives. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, burning, and flaking.
Ella, it depends on what is causing the issue. Has your medical provider told you to use it on those areas? If so, you must be very careful not to get it in your eyes.
You must be cautious, because if used improperly, it might worsen some conditions, such as acne, migraines, and rosacea.
