Mirtazapine Help

I have been on a lot of different ad over the past 6 yrs , 2 mth ago my doc put me on mirtazapine 30mg and valdoxon 25mg , I am really feeling extremely agitated and tired all of the time , I just want to hide away and not speak to anyone , I suffer from anxiety and depression, anytime I go to my doc and tell her my symptoms , she just ups my dose , I don't know what to do , if anyone can give me advice or has been in the same place as me , I would be really grateful
