i bought diet pills in mexico..they said they are merida. they are yellow and blue capsules? i also bought fentyl they are brown pills. they are suppose to be adipex?

I was in Mexico and and asked for some muscle relaxers at a pharmacy. They gave me Caridoxen Naproxeno/Carisoprodol. They are white capsules. Is this what I asked for?

The ones i got are fake in a box that says Caridoxen. Didnt do anything. Ive taken somas b4 & nada.
