Hi, RS! How are you?

First of all, they don't cure hypertension. Medications only help control it.

Metzok contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker and its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.

Learn more Metzok details here.

Telma-AM contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Amlodipine and side effects to it may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and hypotension.

Learn more Amlodipine details here and there are more Telmisartan details here.

Most blood pressure medications carry the risk of increasing uric acid and causing gout, so you should discuss those concerns with your doctor.

IS there anything else I can help with?
