Methylprednisolone Is Poison

After takin that medication for the first day i witness anxiety ,insomnia and scared to take it again this is my second day and will no longer be taking it. Is it safe to stop takin it after one day? I am really scared of these pills i dont consider them to be medication plz answer bak is it ok dat i stopped taking it after one day?

Hello, Javi! How are you? I'm very sorry about the symptoms you've experienced.

However, everything you've described are normal side effects of this medication.

The FDA classifies it as a steroid and they can cause some annoying side effects. You may also experience nausea, headache, elevated heart rate, acne and fluid retention.

Before stopping it, though, please consult your doctor. It may not be safe for you to stop abruptly, or they may want to switch you to a different medication.
