Methylcobalamin is a B vitamin supplement that is often used to help treat various types of neuropathic pain.

I am 50 yr old and feeling pain in my right toe since last 8 years. Now the pain attack regularly within weeks. My right toe become reddish after pain attack. My doc has suggested tab durig-40, tab nums 100, and tabl methycobal. What do u suggest for me.
