Methadone Maintenance Clinics In Alaska
UpdatedPlease help. We have two methadone maintenance clinics in the whole state with an astounding amount of opioid addiction and overdoses. There is one in Fairbanks and Anchorage, both with a year or more waiting list. The mat-Su valley just received one "Palmer and Wasilla". The Kenai Soldotna area needs one desperately. We have a population of around 25,000 people and a huge illicit drug and opioid epidemic. Who do you have to contact to get one opened in our area? My sister is in Washington state and methadone maintenance has made her a different person. She has a career, a family & has been out of the jail system for ten years because of mmt. Thank you.
