i just want to ask if there is available medicine from lung fibrosis or lungs scar remover here in the philippines?

In 2004 I was afflicted w/ tuberculosis. I was therapy of 8 months by taking a medicine w/c is my doctor advice. after 8 months I was in follow- up check up by x ray and check my sputum..my doctor say i was in a good condition..!how could I maintain my condition..sometimes i feel quick tire..i cant do my previous activity..
