I have already taken 15 mg of meloxicam and 500 mg of naproxen. What is the very worse that can happen?

No, you shouldn't take the Meloxicam and the Naproxen together, both of those are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, so it's basically doubling up on the same thing and is completely unnecessary.
Additionally, they both increase blood thinning and taking them together heightens that effect, they also both increase serum potassium, which is also heightened by taking both and too much potassium building up in your body is very dangerous.
The Meloxicam also increases your levels of the Naproxen…

There are no problems with taking either of them with the Benadryl though, but it may make you very drowsy.
