These were given to me as Tylenol #4, however I cannot find the information on them anywhere... I have went to "Pill finder" and others with no luck. There is no score on them, and they have on one side only the number 437. The other side is perfectly flat and smooth. Oh and the pills are medium (Average) in size and have a small bevel around the edges... They are about the thickness of an aspirin... Can anyone help?

The only white tablet that I can find with 437 on it, and no scoring, is listed as containing 20mgs of Olmesartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.
