Medical Mess Up: Vyvanse

Some history: im heather, 20 yrs old and i was born with one kidney so everything i take hits me strong. And im not sure if things take longer or shorter to process with one kidney. Ive never worried about my kidney much because ive always taking care of it while still being able to live 100% normal until late. I'm worried i may have done some damage this past week. i did not intend to take the amount of vyvanse i have taken the past few days. I just found myself doing it. But i was recently re prescribed vyvanse for my adhd. I take 60mgs its seriously been since almost a week when i first started them again. I was previously prescribed a higher dose of vyvanse when i was 16 and never had a problem. Just made me sleepy . But this time around is a huge struggle. I took 60mg the first night, Second night was 120. Those nights went well-ish. Had some confusion. I dont remember the third day at all but apparently i took my meds at least 4 or five times. The first two days i just wanted know what i would be feeling cuz now that im older it may not feel the same. But ive developed some big problems. I dont remember most of the week. My bf said i was poppin them left and right. Why he didnt stop me i have no idea. But now, i cant sleep. i slept a total of 7 hours through out a 7 day period. Still no crash, that's why i think ive been taking them. Weight went from being 110lbs to 93. Im also 5ft 1in so the amount i had was a lot for me. I know i took well over 400 one of the days, i just dont remember doing it. But now i get super nausious all the time. Every single time i stand im too dizzy to see. i have blurred vision, slight hallucinations. Hell i feel like i took it today. But i cant remember. But i basically feel like im rolling now. The room was spinning before but i dont remember taking it. I haven't drank since i took the meds so idk whats wrong :(( my memory immediately went south the second i started taking this. Today alone i could not get up and move around, felt sick, i had a fever. There were some convulsions in my legs and arms and my heart has been so irregular that it can come off with its own sick beat. How much does it take to overdose on vyvanse??? Is it normal to have memory loss like this so fast?? Because i have pre existing head injuries that sometimes effect my shorterm memory. Im so lost. Ive called my doctor and emailed her. Still no response, thats why i was hoping to maybe get some good feedback here.

With all of the symptoms you've described, you should go to your nearest urgent care center and have yourself checked out.

As listed by the FDA, an overdose of Vyvanse creates the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Have you ever experienced seizures before?

And your kidney function definitely needs to be checked out.
