This drug stabbed me in the back. It took me a while to realize I was in severe withdrawal face pain was nerves non stop blowing nose, eyes so red drops did nil, insomnia, stomach cramps, couldn't eat sense of smell and taste amplified, psychologically increase depression and anxiety dark cloud plaguing I was so alone and felt as if my body was self destructing and no matter what I'm stuck in a different dimension seriously and the mental state is psychotic. I was so afraid of becoming suicidal I popped 600 mg.

It was like night and day then 600 more and I was completely 100 Alive! now this demon has me. I'm an alcoholic. I don't need this crap. I trusted these docs and got bent over and I'm hurt I tell them what's up but no one gets it. This drug does something deep within the brain and mind and I feel violated and tricked. the w/d is torture and has a mind of its own. I need some real - deal answers, knowledge, and understanding to beat this thing at its own game.

Gabapentin is actually an anticonvulsant that has also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders.

Its typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight gain, dry mouth and mood swings.

Any time you take a medication for a long period of time, especially if it's something that has an effect on brain chemicals, it can cause such issues, Davitro and a slow taper would be required to stop taking it. Stopping abruptly can create the risk of seizures. However, not everyone suffers such ill effects, it works quite well for some people that try it.
