No, they do not.
However, it could just be your body reacting to the magnesium itself. While, over the long-term, magnesium can help resolve acne, suddenly starting it may cause brief unexpected break outs, just like when you start any other acne medication.
You should also be aware that as reported by the U.S. FDA, it may cause diarrhea.
That said, you should be aware that leg cramps are most often caused by being low in potassium, they are not caused as often by low levels of magnesium and calcium. Thus, you may get better results by improving your calcium intake.
Your doctor should be able to do a simple blood test that will help determine the culprit.
