Unfortunately, I can't say. The ingredients can vary from area to area. It is something that is specially ordered by the patient's doctor using FDA approved medications. It is made by a compounding pharmacy, according to the prescribing instructions of the doctor. Some will include topical pain medications, nerve medications, antibiotics, steroids, and etc.
It is entirely up to the doctor, the patient's condition, and their response/reactions to various medications.
Were there any details on the label? If so, you might be able to ask your doctor about prescribing something similar.
