Macrobid For My Dog
Updatedcan i dissolve macrobid in water, or oil or fruit juice for my dog . what will it disolve it the best?

Based on my research, Macrobid (nitrofuratoin) is used in dogs typically for resistant urinary tract infections.
A far as dissolving the medication goes, it would probably break down well in lemon juice or anything of the sort. I would dilute it with some water after dissolving it in the juice though, just so it doesn't taste as acidic.

I have 100mg of Macrobid my dog weighs 8 lbs. how much water should I dilute this with to be safe?
