I am taking 50mg because I am diabetic. Dr told me that it is recommended for diabetics. I have always had low be, 113/63 is normal for me. But I often have dizziness and have even had therapy to adjust the crystals in the ear which helped. One dr wanted me to stop them another says no. What is a pt supposed to do?
Still should they be a pm thing to offset the dizzied?

Yes, it you aren't taking it for high blood pressure, or a heart condition, it should be fine to take them whenever it is most convenient for you.
The FDA lists the other side effects as possibly including nausea, and increased urination.
