It is a foreign version of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Ketorolac. Having it in the U.S. is illegal.

My daughter was giving 30mg of lorotec in Mexico to treat a bad tommy ache. Should I be concerned? She only took 1 dosage sublingual tablet.

It is a NSAID. It is available in the U.S. by prescription under the brand name Toradol (ketorolac). It is not a controlled substance, nor is it habit forming.

I've had it prescribed before. It can't be prescribed/taken for more than 5 days in a row due to potential cardiovascular issues. It works well for moderate-severe pain.
