Long Term Side Effects Of Neurobion Tablets.

I am 41 yrs male.For the past one month occasionally one or two of my fingers move sideways without my control and then it gets normal.My mother is taking neurobion tablets for the past 20 yrs and she adviced me to take the same on a daily basis.Will it be helpful?
